Captain Shankar again, this time, on the request of his model (@Meliral on Twitter) as a character in Echo Bazaar...he's so totally required to give me Fate for this (I will whore out my paintbrush for Fate, jsyk. It's @toandromeda. Gimme.)
Captain Shankar is just so freaking badass he has an Extraordinary Hat AND a Semiotic Monocle, a Ratwork Watch AND an Amber-Topped Cane, and even a Bengal Tigress ANNNNND THE OVERGOAT. Also Vakeskin Boots and Insatiable Gloves.
I'm happy with the background. I think it has the EB feel
